Out of Warranty
Older machines tend to need fewer repairs and last much longer than machines built in recent years. Report your malfunction, and our team can help you navigate the available options.

Warranty
If you have your Bill of Sale, and you appliance is less than 5 years old, you may have an extended warranty if indicated on your Bill of Sale. Contact the warranty provider first to start the claim.

Computers
We can assist with a wide range of computer, and networking problems that residential clients may experience. Contact us about the issue(s) you need assistance with.

What to expect

Contact us or your warranty provider to report a malfunction, and schedule service.

A Technician will arrive on the agreed date to diagnose the issue and communicate the options available.

You decide how we should proceed, given the options communicated to you. Or your claim is approved.

We follow through according to the instructions and authority provided to us. A typical repair is $159.00 CAD plus parts and GST.
